047 [Action]
[From mid-morning to noon, Okita is at the fountain in town, watching all the crazy people wandering around and launching little sailboats across the water. Occasionally his pig will pop his head up, crush one of the boats, and drag it under the water again. Looks like someone is playing pretend at being a sea monster. Come say hello?]
Hahaha. I'm going to run out of boats at this rate, Saizou.

You could always get some more, Souji.

Hello, Selphie-san~ And I could, but Saizou is a terror when I take him into the toy store.
no subject
[She looks at the pig and smiles mischievously.]
Silly Saizou.
no subject
He is silly, but he's still young. And I spoil him. So I know why.

[She remarked as she walked by. She's still a little scared of Souji, yes, but she can try to fix bridges]
no subject
You should see him when he has a bigger pool.

[She stops here, mostly to admire the pig sinking a new ship]

Saizou is learning fairly well. He's very smart.

[The thorns keep growing around her, even out of rivers and paved roads and carpet and everything. They move out of the way when she walks forward, but nobody can get within three feet of her. It's terribly discouraging, especially considering she can't cook if she can't reach the stove.]
[She's out wandering, because even if she's sprouting natural barriers she doesn't want to be inside all the time (she had enough of that at the beginning of the week). She sees someone folding up little paper... somethings and putting them in the fountain. Curious, Nill and her thorn bush wander over.]

....Hello there. You seem to be having a bit of trouble, hm?
no subject
[She wrings her hands and then the front of her skirt, embarrassed now that she walked over with her portable thorns, and nods. Barely.]
no subject
It must be difficult, getting around like that.

So what are you two supposed to be?

[Saizou puts his hooves on the edge of the fountain, peering up at Sokka.]
And hello, Sokka-kun.
no subject
[Sokka just stares down at the pig. Man, he'd sure look good with biscuits and gravy.]
no subject
[Souji slips his shoe off and stands up, smacking Sokka lightly on the head.]
Don't look at Saizou like that.

[Action!]
[Said as Giles - unaffected for the moment - takes a seat next to Okita on the fountain. A flinch as Saizou lunges out of the water for the nearest boat.]
No, definitely don't recognize this one...
[Action!]
What do you mean?
[Saizou pops his head out of the water and grunts at Giles.]

I guess you could make more.
no subject
And yes, I could if they're from paper, but he seems to like the wooden ones from the store more.
no subject
You could try ones made of gourds or watermelons. I hear that's pretty common around this time of year.

Given Okita's peculiarities, it's difficult to discern whether he too is under the effects of the experiment, or merely acting as himself. Homura makes his way over to the other man, and his boat-devouring piglet.]
Good afternoon, Okita. [He grins at Saizou.] In a destructive mood?
no subject
It was warm out so I took him for a swim. Hello, Homura-san. How are you?
no subject
[Homura glances at Saizou, struggling so hard to get Okita's attention, then back to the man himself.]
And you? I hope you've lost your desire to eat yourself out of a home.
