[From mid-morning to noon, Okita is at the fountain in town, watching all the crazy people wandering around and launching little sailboats across the water. Occasionally his pig will pop his head up, crush one of the boats, and drag it under the water again. Looks like someone is playing pretend at being a sea monster. Come say hello?]

Hahaha. I'm going to run out of boats at this rate, Saizou.

[She remarked as she walked by. She's still a little scared of Souji, yes, but she can try to fix bridges]

[He looks up when he hears that voice and his smile widens.]

Hello, Selphie-san~ And I could, but Saizou is a terror when I take him into the toy store.

[Well, there's a voice he hasn't heard in awhile. Souji glances up and then turns his head to watch after Haruhi as she passes by, smiling.]

You should see him when he has a bigger pool.

I didn't actually know pigs swim. Huh.

[She stops here, mostly to admire the pig sinking a new ship]

[Saizou rises up out of the water, snorting as he crushes and drags another one beneath the 'waves.' Okita just laughs and prepares another, picking the wreckage out of the fountain.]

Saizou is learning fairly well. He's very smart.

[Having been helped down from her strange prison-tower-Community-Housing-Room, Nill only has one problem...]

[The thorns keep growing around her, even out of rivers and paved roads and carpet and everything. They move out of the way when she walks forward, but nobody can get within three feet of her. It's terribly discouraging, especially considering she can't cook if she can't reach the stove.]

[She's out wandering, because even if she's sprouting natural barriers she doesn't want to be inside all the time (she had enough of that at the beginning of the week). She sees someone folding up little paper... somethings and putting them in the fountain. Curious, Nill and her thorn bush wander over.]

[The sound of the thorns growing up out of the ground so quickly catches his attention and he turns, staring in shock at what he's seeing. Saizou rises out of the water, nose barely breaking the water to breathe, and then he slowly goes back down to hide.]

....Hello there. You seem to be having a bit of trouble, hm?

[Yeah okay, Sokka is just staring at this whole display. Not impressed.]

[She looks at the pig and smiles mischievously.]

You know, I'm not sure I recognize this story.

[Said as Giles - unaffected for the moment - takes a seat next to Okita on the fountain. A flinch as Saizou lunges out of the water for the nearest boat.]

[Nill, despite having approached this person herself, is a little startled when they look so surprised. But, really, who walked around like this? With a moving bush around them?]

[She wrings her hands and then the front of her skirt, embarrassed now that she walked over with her portable thorns, and nods. Barely.]

[Seeing her embarrassment, Okita laughs and folds a paper flower instead of a paper boat, going over to hold it out to her as close as he can.]

It must be difficult, getting around like that.

What do you mean?

[Saizou pops his head out of the water and grunts at Giles.]

[Saizou flops over in the water and stares up at Selphie, blowing bubbles.]

He is silly, but he's still young. And I spoil him. So I know why.

[Saizou puts his hooves on the edge of the fountain, peering up at Sokka.]

[And Saizou just sinks beneath the water again, paddling off. Okita laughs.]

Oh, no. Saizou and I are just playing. It's warm out for him, so I thought he'd like to swim.

[Sokka just stares down at the pig. Man, he'd sure look good with biscuits and gravy.]

If it were left up to my friends, they would have eaten him a long time ago.

What sort of training do you think he needs?
