[The video window shows the sky, and occasionally a wooden sword swinging up into view before it drops down out of view again. It sounds like Okita is out in the woods practicing his swordsmanship. For awhile the sound of the wood cutting through the air is all that's heard, then suddenly there's a clatter as he drops the sword and it hits the journal, shutting it off just as he starts coughing.]

Indeed, I am.

[pause]

I should get going. It looks like you're training, but if you ask me, you should get some rest.

I will, once I finish my sets.

Where are you off to? Looking for more New Feathers?

Did you do these sorts of things back home in your kingdom, too?

Unfortunately, I didn't have much time to personally interact with my subjects in Malkuth. It's one good thing about Luceti, I suppose.

Busy with ruling the country, hm?

[identity profile] enrappigtured.livejournal.com 2009-10-17 08:20 pm (UTC)(link)
Yes. When I was taken here, a centuries-old war had just ended.

[identity profile] ahappylie.livejournal.com 2009-10-18 01:57 am (UTC)(link)
Ah. Well, at least it was at the end and not the beginning, hm?

[identity profile] enrappigtured.livejournal.com 2009-10-18 03:11 am (UTC)(link)
Of course. But that means I still have a lot of things to take care of back home.

That always seems to be the case, isn't it? One war ends and the process of picking up the pieces begins.
