[Things have been difficult for him lately and he's been avoiding "certain people" with a vengeance, but there is always one thing that he knows can cheer him up.

Souji opens his journal one day and with as bright and cheerful a voice as he can muster (which is kind of like rainbows barfing sunshine) he says:]

So who here is being a grumpy grump after the holidays? I know you're out there~

I've heard of at least two: the one with the spiky hair who hates being asked about it and the one with the skirt who hates it being called a skirt.

There have to be more, aren't there? [He degrades into what sounds like baby talk.] So who's being a grumpy-wumpy bear, hm?

Wait, wait. Are we talking real bears? Because the only one I knew of went home with Korra.

Oh yes, very real. And very grumpy. You have to be careful, young man, or they might grump at you and that is very sad.

But what if trying to cheer them up just makes them even grumpier?

Then we're just not using the right tactics in cheering them up. If they're grumpy forever, they might get old so quickly they'll turn to dust. It's really in their best interests.

I think sometimes people like being angry, though. It gives them something to do.

But there's so many other things to do here! Like eat these...Pixel stick things. Have you had them?

They're amazing.

I haven't had those I don't think, but I like that Sugar Dip stuff. You dip candy into candy.

Where did you find it? Do you have some to share?

I usually get it at the convenience store. Want me to grab you a few packs of it? They've got multiple flavors.

Oooh, yes, please! What flavours are there? I like the green "Pixel Sticks" the best, but I don't think they really have a flavour other than sugar.

Well they have three flavors. The red stuff, the purple stuff and the blue stuff that turns into green stuff.

...How does blue stuff turn into green stuff? Is that safe?

It seems safe enough, mostly it just makes your mouth turn greenish blue.

Ooh they turn your mouth colours?

Technically Naga was a Polar Bear-Dog but yeah, that's kind of a bear.

Dude you gotta tell people these things, yo! What if they was eaten?! Ain't you hearda the big ass wolf in the forest that used t'be there? She almost ate people.

Naga would never eat people! I mean she might kick some mean ones in the face but otherwise she was a pretty good polar bear-dog.

...Okay, that's kinda coo', but this chick's talkin' 'bout bears in town, yo! Ain't we gonna worry 'bout that??

But even if they're grumpy bears no one's said anything about being eaten by one. Unless beinf talked about makes them grumpier...

What if they came in wit' the Noobs this time 'round? They could be new, yeah?

...New and grumpy and hungry. Well, hell. Now I gotta go make sure Rhyme's aight at the store by herself.
