The weather is nice, isn't it? What is the weather like back in your homes? Is it always this warm in the fifth month? Is it warmer? Are there festivals or flowers that come about just about now?

The changing of the seasons is so wonderful to me... The world is renewing itself. It seems like there is so much hope built into the spring and the coming of the hot summer months.

I wonder if we'll have a summer festival this year....

Yes, I still have it. It's to help someone else achieve their dream.

I guess that's a nice dream. [Smoker can't really imagine being a supporting role, but he thinks it's cool other people are happy with that.]

My dream?

[A small frown. To teach the whole world about true justice? That's too big, isn't it. But he'll be happy with small pockets. If even one person gets it, that's an accomplishment he'll be proud of.] I don't know that it's really something that has an end goal. Not like being Pirate King. [Then again, what did being Pirate King mean? Just finding One Piece? Somehow Smoker was pretty sure there was more to it.] I guess dreams are kind of ongoing, right?

[he laughs] You don't have to praise it if you don't think so. I understand.

And a dream with no end is the nicest. Could you tell me about them?

No, I mean it. I don't say things I don't mean. [Smoker is so not nice enough for that. At least not compliments. He is rather tsundere when he's older, but he still means those things.... so... yeah.]

[And he rubs the back of his neck, a bit shy about it.]

I want to follow true justice... and get others to know what it is too. All anyone ever sees is corruption or pirates, but I want to show that real justice can be done. [And he wants to do it all without having to take orders. Good luck chibi!Smoker.]

And also I want a motorcycle. [Because those are rad.]

It sounds like you have a wonderful dream. Justice and Truth are important values that are quickly being lost in our world. It's encouraging to hear someone so young already realizing this. Thank you for telling me. I'm sure you can achieve your dream someday.
