[After his discussion with Jade about cakes and pies, Okita decided to try some. Like two of each. He's on a pretty intense sugar-rush and will be bouncing around House 50 and all over the village to try and work out the extra energy.

A place without cakes and pies~ Because they're Western and Japan doesn't have Western things unless you go to Deshima where we keep all the foreigners on the island, but I guess we don't do that anymore since the Shogun was forced to open the doors. Our country is so silly.

It is! We closed our borders for almost 200 years! And then the black ships came when I was a child and things got a little sticky.

Well, they're still sticky.

But we're working through that.
