[After his encounter with Selim here, Okita is trying to make his way back to the village. His hands have one hole each in them, his left ankle is bloodied and bitten, his neck is bruised from being choked, and he's pushing one hand against his left side where he has a terrible open sword wound in it. As he walks, he'll open his journal, keeping the window covered so no one can see him.]

...preying on children... can't...

Can't let...

[He stumbles and the journal hits the ground, bouncing away until it lays flat and shows the sky. Okita can be heard coughing in the background, trying to drag himself along before he collapses somewhere just past the bridge leading to Community Building 5.]

[He's unresponsive at first, then his fingers manage to catch the edge of the journal and tip it up a little, showing the bloody trail behind him.]

...

[No way. That voice...]

Okita!

[Ohgodwhat. There is a doctor on the way as of now.]

I can be there to help in just a few minutes! Please, hang on!

Hey, who's there?

Okita?!

What happened?

[He doesn't answer again, but the journal tips back to show the sky.]

[He hears Kyle and stirs enough to tap the journal and turn it back on.]

...dangerous - don't come.

[He can't quite answer for a bit, but eventually gets up to the journal where he's not just touching it with his fingertips.]

...just keep them safe.

[Crap, another child and one he's really worried about. He won't answer for a bit and then after coughing a few times, manage to push out something reassuring.]

...nothing. Don't...come this way.

[Too bad. He's outside now, looking for you.]

What do you mean 'don't come'? You're badly injured! Just hang in there!

...Where are you now?

That doesn't sound like nothing.

[He shuts the journal, afraid that if Kyle comes this way that thing will eat him.]

...there's a boy named Kyle.

Find him.

Get inside.

How about you though?

...just find him... stop him from coming here.

[And that makes him urge to find Okita no matter what.]

Okita! OKITA!

Damn it, don't shut off your journal yet!

[He's a digi-kid. He's as stubborn as they get.] You're hurt! I can't leave you alone.

[DAMN DIGIKIDS.]

...I'll be fine.

Find him first.

[Yeah, he's hoping Kouichi finds Kyle and drags him inside before Kyle finds him. He doesn't want to be seen in this state and he also doesn't want to get Kyle hurt somehow. So even if he can hear Kyle yelling, he won't respond.]

[Kyle keeps on searching on him once he observes around Kyle's area. Now he just passes Community Building 1. Hopefully, Kouichi runs into him.]

What does he look like?

Blond, blue-eyed, hair short...spik--

[He starts coughing and then forces out the rest through it.] Young-- Spiky hair -- Is looking for me-

[If only Kouichi knew you were on the other side of the village. As it is, with only a raincoat and no umbrella (he let go of it after a while due to it slowing him down with wind resistance), Kouichi's trying to find the elusive blond.]

[A shuffle could be heard as Kouichi grabs a raincoat and an umbrella, not happy that Okita is in danger, but...]
