[After his encounter with Selim here, Okita is trying to make his way back to the village. His hands have one hole each in them, his left ankle is bloodied and bitten, his neck is bruised from being choked, and he's pushing one hand against his left side where he has a terrible open sword wound in it. As he walks, he'll open his journal, keeping the window covered so no one can see him.]

...preying on children... can't...

Can't let...

[He stumbles and the journal hits the ground, bouncing away until it lays flat and shows the sky. Okita can be heard coughing in the background, trying to drag himself along before he collapses somewhere just past the bridge leading to Community Building 5.]

[He takes a deep breath, then hold to Kouichi's grabbing hand.]

I-I'm fine now. At least someone look after him... I'm glad enough.

[ooc: Gotta end up pretty soon. My nap time comin']

[He nods. Wrinkling his nose a bit when he felt a cold coming up. They've been in the rain too long.] Come on, let's get you back home.

[ooc: Okay o/]

[Kyle slowly nods. He swears he will find the culprit who did to Okita. Maybe he will do it later. There's a silence while they're walking, Kyle frowns a bit at him.]

Well uh... Sorry that I shouted at you back then.

You're worried. [Which is his equivalent to an "It's okay. I understand."] Where do you live?

Doctor is coming. I'll be at the clinic soon.

[Litchi glances up at the question, no small amount of relief in her expression. Thank heaven for those spirits. She really, really should get around to studying some healing magic soon.]

Yes, please. It would be a tremendous help.

[She gives Derek a small smile.] Thank you.

[At Derek's arrival, Okita will stir and open his eyes, trying to sit up.]

I- I'll be fine... Just get me to the clinic.

Protect them from who? But we can't leave you out there when you're so clearly injured!

... If you're sure. You have to be all right! I'll be at the clinic waiting then.

Don't try that trick on someone who uses it themselves, Okita. It never works.

[Derek's voice is firm and gentle, and he'll offer Litchi what he hopes is a somewhat comforting smile in return before looking back down at his friend.]

'Sides, if I don't patch you up at least a little, you won't make it to the clinic. [Carefully, Derek feels for that ugly gash in Okita's side, gently covering it with one of his hands before closing his eyes to concentrate.]

I'll apologise for going against your wishes, here, but not for doing this.

[And with that, he'll do his best to at least seal the wound up enough to keep more of Okita's blood from escaping. It takes a few minutes, and it's nothing showy. The wound definitely isn't healed when he's done, but it's shut...for the moment.

Shaking a little, he glances to Litchi, passing a shaking hand across his forehead.]

Okay...let's get him there fast as we can without opening it up again.

You are not "fine". Please, there's no point in trying to pull the wool over my eyes.

[Litchi gives a small, curt nod, quickly putting a bandage on over the wound in case it opens up again while they're moving him. Once that's done, she closes up her kit.]

This should be enough for now. Mr. Bliss, would you mind taking one side while I take the other? We should be able to get him back quickly that way.

[It was a last ditch effort at pretending to be alright and as Derek heals him and Litchi patches him up, he'll lay back down and wait until they're finished. Despite the holes in his hands, he holds them up for the others to grab him and pull him up.]

I can walk. Just help me to my feet.

Someone is coming.

[He can't say who so he remains silent on that.]

[He breathes a small sigh of relief and murmurs his thanks before Sonic hears someone coming and Litchi's voice.]

[Derek just gives him a look, but will carefully take hold of Okita's arm to help with the pulling. He's definitely not going to stray far at all from Okita's side. He's seen this movie one too many times, and does expect the younger man to fall over again.]

...House 4.

[There's long way to go since he have been running this far. Kyle rubs his wet hair, though it's no longer in spiky.]

I can't just call you 'hey' all the time since you've got my name. What's yours?

Kouichi. Kimura Kouichi.

[House 4? He's not really familiar where that is.]

That's further down, isn't it?

[Again, a slow nods. Luceti is a huge place and he can't just take Kouichi further to his house.]

We have walk pass C1 and across the bridge, walk further down, pass a row of few houses and my house at the end of the row.

[He trusted Okita would be able to pull through, especially if others were there to help him too. He would go and check up on Okita later.]

[Litchi also takes a hold of an arm to help Okita to his feet, frowning slightly. Honestly, some people can be so stubborn...]

If you insist on walking yourself, at least use my staff for support.

[Stubborn doesn't even begin to cover it. Once he's up, he'll wipe his sword across his clothes to clear it of blood and then slide it into his scabbard. He's unsteady on his feet, but trying to appear otherwise.]

If one of you would just lend an arm or a shoulder to hold onto... I'm sure I can make it.

[He smiles faintly.]

It isn't a far walk and you two have helped me a great deal.

[He wouldn't mind really, though he kind of wishes he didn't just throw away his umbrella in his haste. Takuya's not going to be happy if he got sick because of this.]

... Don't worry about Okita, all right? He'll be fine. [At least, he hopes.]

[Kyle silence for awhile. He knew someone else will look over Okita. But he just can't promise on that word.]

...Yeah, I know that...

[And he falls silent. He's said all he could think of, especially to a kid he barely knew. He just hoped he didn't run off again.]

[So they almost at the end of the row of houses. Kyle could see his house nearby. Now he starts to think how to deal with the culprit. He can't just tell Kouichi about it. He frowns and his face is much serious from before.]
