Vash was a friend of ours. He hates any life being taken, so for us to seek revenge for his death would be an insult to him.

...but Yuber loves killing and blood and screaming. He's already attacked several people. He's going to keep picking people off unless someone stops him, and I think ...my captain is the most effective person to do it.

That being said, we're not killers. We just don't know how else to deal with him.
